Hi! My name is Ashley ✨ I’m a curly hair specialist and strive to help you achieve your healthy curly hair dreams! I focus on customized dry curly cutting techniques to achieve your desired shape. During your appointment you gain a thorough understanding on the health of your curls and a customized routine catered to your curl needs. Please arrive to your appointment with your hair in the following state: • CLEAN • DETANGLED • NO PRODUCT OR OIL • NO TIGHT PONYTAIL OR BUNS If your hair is prone to tangling or fairy knots, you may put them into 2-4 loose twists Failure to do so will result in an up charge of $50
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. This deposit will be applied to your service. Remainder can be paid in cash (no tax) or charged to the card on file/apple pay (tax included) *CASH IS PREFERRED;FOR TIPS AS WELL* IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW OR CANCEL WITHIN 24HRS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE. If for any reason you need to reschedule please refer to your confirmation emails/text. Please email me at aveclamourhair@gmail.com for any questions regarding rescheduling 2 days before your set appointment. Service reductions, removals, or major appointment changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a cancellation of the original service and subject to the same cancellation fees. The deposit from the original appointment will be retained and applied toward the cancellation fee. Any new or modified service requested will be charged at its full price in addition to the retained deposit. There is a 10 minute grace period however, if you are running more than 10 minutes late I do ask that you provide a courtesy text. This can result in your service being cancelled or adjusted due to timing set for each appointment. Please respect that I may be servicing someone after your scheduled time. Please NO extra guest unless accompanying a minor.
